I'm No Superwoman
Look, I'm no genetic super-woman. All my life I've been an average sized person. But after my first baby, I gained a LOT of weight. I was devastated. Why didn't the weight just go away after I had my baby?
I refused to settle for what my body had become. So I did my research and I became certified as a trainer. I also studied and became certified in sports nutrition. Then I set out on a mission to transform myself back to my pre pregnancy size. Eventually I even started competing in fitness competitions!
Then I got pregnant AGAIN and had to start all over. This time, using myself as a Guinea Pig, I refined my system and used it to shed ALL of my baby weight in just 4 1/2 months. I even got published on the cover of a fitness magazine!
